Our services are based upon a proven approach for Information Technology deployment. Step 1 - Is required to objectively evaluate the true business needs, and to identify opportunities for improvements and related benefits and costs. Based upon the results, we work with our clients to evaluate alternatives, which could include optimizing the existing system, augmenting existing systems with other subsystems / modules, or replacing with state of the art Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing Execution, or some combination thereof.
Step 2 - Consists of documenting performance indicators to measure benefits used to justify and measure the success of the effort and expenditure. This step also consists of the definition of system requirements, corresponding to business needs and opportunities, by which alternative solutions are measured to determine the one which best meets the selection criteria. Implementation plans, system modifications, and solution contracts and pricing are also finalized during this step to insure realistic budgets are established for the installation and implementation effort. |
Step 3 - is the actual implementation of the selected solution(s) and consists of introducing revised policies, procedures and practices into the organization, resulting from improvements inherent in the operations of the new technology. Key components of this step include project management, developing new business practices, training on new systems and practices, conference room pilots to test the new systems and practices prior to live operations, and transitioning from the as-is to the to-be state.
